Bloombox Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bloombox, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

  1. Order Cancellations & Credit Notes
    • If you wish to cancel an order, the refunded amount will be issued as a credit note for future purchases.
  2. Refund Eligibility & Deductions
    • If Bloombox determines that an order cancellation qualifies for a refund, a 10% deduction will apply to all refund to cover bank and website hosting fees.
    • The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  3. Refund Processing Time
    • If Bloombox approves a refund, the processing time may take between 7 to 14 day, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Refund & Returns Policy Fresh Christmas Trees

1. Refunds & Returns

  • Fresh Christmas Trees are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund only if the tree is damaged or not as described on delivery,

2. Notification Requirements

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the tree, with photos and a description of any issue.
  • Late notifications may result in no eligibility for replacement or refund.

3. Approval & Resolution Process

  • Once we receive your notice, we will assess the case and may offer a replacement delivery (based on availability) or a refund, depending on your preference and our ability to resolve the matter.
  • Reason for refund: large hole in the tree, broken branches, massive needle loss at tree opening. We do everything to prevent the same.

4. Cancellations (Pre-Delivery)

  • Any cancellation request placed at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will be charged at 20% of the order value to cover freight costs, bank charges, and website hosting fees.
  • Any cancellation request made less than 7 days before the scheduled delivery date will be charged at 50% of the order value.
  • Please note that all Christmas trees are specifically shipped according to pre-orders, and therefore cannot be cancelled without incurring this fee.
  • Cancellations or changes after delivery are not eligible for refunds or returns.

5. Improper Care or Damage After Delivery

  • Customers are expected to follow our care instructions carefully.
  • Failure to follow these guidelines may void eligibility for replacement or refund.

6. Refund Processing

  • Any Refund on Christmas tree will bear the charge of 20% fee. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
