Terms and conditions:

These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders which you, the customer, place using this website. By selecting the “I Accept The Terms and Conditions” checkbox you accept and agree to be bound by these on-line shopping terms and conditions. Nothing in these On-line shopping terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

1. Products

1.1 Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality and colour without notice.

1.2 We may deliver some flowers in bud to increase vase life.

1.3 The colours you see on your monitor depends on the resolution of your computer, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice.

1.4 The pictures of the product may not be exactly as the one you will receive since each product is different. We cannot guarantee the exact same product as the one on the picture.

1.5 The pictures of the Christmas trees may not be exactly as the tree you will receive since each tree is different. We cannot guarantee the exact same tree as the one on the picture.

2. Price

2.1 Prices listed within the Bloombox website are subject to change during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some flowers.

2.2 Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate set by customs and excise.

2.3 We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all products listed on the Bloombox website.

2.4  Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other reward scheme, gift voucher or promotional discount. They are never valid on subscriptions.

VIP10 is valid on Abisko and Nordenskjøld bouquets until 2022 December 25th, midnight.

3. Orders Payments

3.1 To fulfil your order we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the site.

3.2 We cannot accept orders from customers who are less than eighteen (18) years of age.

3.3 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

4. Shipping policy

For the flowers

4.1 We offer free next day delivery in Dubai and Abu Dhabi if you order before 6PM.

Please note that for Abu Dhabi we don’t cover all the areas, please let us confirm if we can deliver the area you want.

For other emirates there is no delivery option at the moment.

4.2 For same day delivery, please order before 2PM if you want your delivery between 3PM and 8PM.

4.3 If you are not at home at the time of the chosen delivery slot, we will leave the order with reception or on your front door. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to it after the delivery.

For the Plants

4.4 Plants will be delivered next day only.

For the Christmas Trees

4.4 We offer free next day delivery in Dubai if you ordered before 4PM.

4.6 For Xmas tree preorders, delivery will be scheduled with you, upon our delivery service availability.

4.7 If you are not at home at the time of the chosen delivery slot, we will leave the Christmas tree in your front door. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to it after the delivery.

5. Cancellation

5.1 Orders amended or cancelled up to 2 working days before the intended delivery date will be charged with 20% cancellation fee.

5.2 For orders cancelled less than 2 days before the delivery date, the full amount will be forfeited.

5.3 To amend or cancel your order, please contact Bloombox from 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday using the contact details set out in Section 10 below.

5.4 Orders may not be cancelled on or after the requested order delivery date.

6. Christmas trees maintenance

6.1 We cannot guarantee the needle retention of the trees as each tree is different.

6.2 To optimize the longevity of your Christmas tree, please make sure the Tree Stand is always half full of water.

7. Refund policy

For the flowers:

7.1 If upon receiving our floral gift, you or your special someone is not 100% satisfied, let our customer service team know within 24 hours and we will gladly replace it at our expense.

7.2 All refunds will take between thirteen to fifteen working days.

For the Christmas trees:

7.3 We will not refund any delivered Christmas tree.

7.4 As the tree quality is controlled in and out of our center, we will exchange your Christmas tree or Tree stand ONLY under the following circumstances: damage during transportation.

7.5 Claim must be made by email to [email protected] within 24h from tree reception with clear pictures attached.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that www.bloombox.ae is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the website and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Bloombox website impossible or impractical.

9. General

9.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Online Site and/or the Online Service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Online Service or Online Site
