These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders which you, the customer, place using this website. By selecting the “I Accept The Terms & Conditions” checkbox you accept and agree to be bound by these on-line shopping terms and conditions. Nothing in these On-line shopping terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.
1.1 Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality and color without notice.
1.2 If we are unable to provide your chosen item or any suitable substitutes we will advise you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full within 45 days.
1.3 We may deliver some flowers in bud to increase vase life.
1.4 The colors you see on your monitor depends on the resolution of your computer, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will reflect accurately the color of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice.
2.1 Prices listed within the bloombox website are subject to change during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some flowers.
2.2 Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate set by customs and excise.
2.3 We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all products listed on the bloombox website.
Orders & Payments
3.1 To fulfill your order we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the site.
3.2 We cannot accept orders from customers who are less than eighteen (18) years of age.
3.3 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
4.1 We offer free next day delivery in Dubai and Abu Dhabi if you order before 6pm.
4.2 For same delivery, please order before 11am if you want your delivery between 1pm and 4pm, and before 1pm if you want your delivery between 4pm and 10pm.
5.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 3 working days before the intended delivery date.
5.2 To amend or cancel your order, please contact bloombox from 8am until 8pm Sunday to Thursday using the contact details set out in Section 6 below.
5.3 Orders may not be canceled on or after the requested order delivery date.
6.1 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that www.bloombox.ae is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the website and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the bloombox website impossible or impractical.
7.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Online Site and/or the Online Service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Online Service or Online Site
8.1 If upon receiving our floral gift, you or your special someone is not 100% satisfied, let our customer service team know within 24 hours and we will gladly replace it at our expense.
8.2 All refunds will take between thirteen to fifteen working days.

9.2 Because of the perishable nature of the products, to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
