Terms and conditions:
These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders which you, the customer, place using this website. By selecting the “I Accept The Terms & Conditions” checkbox you accept and agree to be bound by these on-line shopping terms and conditions. Nothing in these On-line shopping terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.
1.1 Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality and color without notice.
1.2 We may deliver some flowers in bud to increase vase life.
1.3 The colors you see on your monitor depends on the resolution of your computer, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will reflect accurately the color of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice.
1.4 The pictures of the Christmas trees may not be exactly as the tree you will receive since each tree is different. We cannot guarantee the exact same tree as the one on the picture.
2.1 Prices listed within the bloombox website are subject to change during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some flowers.
2.2 Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate set by customs and excise.
2.3 We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all products listed on the bloombox website.
3.Orders & Payments
3.1 To fulfill your order we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the site.
3.2 We cannot accept orders from customers who are less than eighteen (18) years of age.
3.3 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
4.Shipping policy (for trees and flowers)
4.1 We offer free next day delivery in Dubai if you order before 4PM.
4.2 If you are not at home at the time of the chosen delivery slot, we will leave the Christmas tree in your front door. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to it after the delivery.
5.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 3 working days before the intended delivery date.
5.2 To amend or cancel your order, please contact bloombox from 9am until 5pm Sunday to Thursday using the contact details set out in Section 10 below.
5.3 Orders may not be canceled on or after the requested order delivery date.
6.Christmas trees maintenance
6.1 We cannot guarantee the needle retention of the trees as each tree is different
6.2 To optimize the longevity of your Christmas tree, please make sure the Tree Stand is always half full of water.
For the flowers:
7.1 If upon receiving our floral gift, you or your special someone is not 100% satisfied, let our customer service team know within 24 hours and we will gladly replace it at our expense.
7.2 All refunds will take between thirteen to fifteen working days.
For the Christmas trees:
7.3 We will not refund any delivered Christmas tree
7.4 As the tree quality is controlled in and out of our center, we will exchange your Christmas tree or Tree stand ONLY under the following circumstances: damage during transportation.
7.5 Claim must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24h from tree reception with clear pictures attached.
8.1 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that www.bloombox.ae is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the website and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the bloombox website impossible or impractical.
9.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Online Site and/or the Online Service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Online Service or Online Site
